WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?
Our top priority is producing stunning, premium images and videos that our clients can treasure for a lifetime. To ensure the highest quality output, we have different turnaround times for our various deliverables. For video-only deliverables, the turnaround time is 2-3 months. Photo deliverables are usually around 1-3 months after the wedding day, with a sneak peek gallery delivered within 2-3 days. For photo-video collections, the turnaround time is 3-4 months.
WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
When you book with us, we require a 50% non-refundable "booking fee." This fee is not refundable if you completely cancel your wedding.
IN THE VIDEO COLLECTIONS, WHO CHOOSES THE MUSIC & WHERE IS THE MUSIC FOUND?
We choose the music & use a platform called MusicBed and Artlist to license our music. Music creates so much emotion in a film & we pride ourselves on being thoughtful & personable with our selections. We always make sure to get your favorite genres & have an ear out for what's on your wedding playlist on the day of. If you wish to choose the music for your wedding film, know that there will be a deadline for when you can select your song from the selection we provide before we move forward on choosing it ourselves.
